THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT CANCELLATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS, INCLUDING A REQUIREMENT TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN COURT LITIGATION. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE THE SERVICES.
American Dream Enterprise LLC, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated brands (collectively, “American Dream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides business education, training, conferences, events, and related digital services.
Our technology and platforms enable users to participate in meetings, conferences, masterminds, live and virtual events, training programs, and related services (collectively, “Events”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of:
Our websites
Mobile applications
Event platforms
Digital programs
Any other services provided by American Dream (collectively, the “Services”)
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of any entity you represent. You also agree to comply with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
You waive any right to require non-electronic signatures or records where permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions on our website. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Material changes will not apply retroactively to active paid terms unless required by law.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy & SMS Messaging Terms, which are incorporated by reference. Please review them carefully.
Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation page or email. If you do not receive confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us to verify your purchase. We are not responsible for losses resulting from failure to confirm an order.
Unless stated otherwise in writing:
Services are provided for 12 months from purchase
Services do not roll over
Attendance is your responsibility
Travel expenses are not included
Alternative fulfillment (e.g., recordings) may be provided at our discretion.
Certain purchases may be subject to additional terms disclosed at checkout. Those terms apply only to that purchase and do not modify these Terms.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise
Approved refunds (if any) are issued to the original payment method
We may issue credits instead of refunds at our discretion
Price changes after purchase do not qualify for refunds
Non-ticket purchases may be canceled within 3 business days
Individuals age 65+ may cancel within 21 days

Chargebacks intended to bypass these policies may result in immediate service termination.
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated:
Tickets remain valid
Refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion
We are not responsible for travel or lodging expenses
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from American Dream, including confirmations, reminders, and promotional messages.

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. Automated scraping, resale, duplication, or exploitation of content is prohibited.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant American Dream a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for business purposes. We are not obligated to treat user submissions as confidential.
You may not:
Harass, abuse, impersonate, or defraud others
Upload malicious software
Solicit unauthorized commercial activity
Collect personal data without consent
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access at our discretion.
Speaker participation is not guaranteed. No refunds are issued for speaker changes or cancellations.
We are not responsible for third-party services, links, sponsors, or content.
All Services and Content are owned or licensed by American Dream Enterprise LLC. No ownership rights are granted to users.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD per calendar year.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Dream and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services.
We may terminate access for violations, non-payment, or legal necessity. Certain provisions survive termination.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.
You waive the right to participate in class actions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
By opting in to receive SMS communications from American Dream Event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside the control of American Dream Event. Carriers are not responsible for any service interruptions, message delays, or failures that may occur during the transmission of SMS messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier related to SMS communications.
American Dream Event does not guarantee that alerts or messages will be delivered in real time or at all, as delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and service coverage.
