These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the American Dream Event website and any related services. By using the site, joining the waitlist, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
Event attendance is curated and limited to verified home-service business owners and approved guests. We reserve the right to refuse registration or revoke access to anyone at our sole discretion.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Tickets may be transferred only with prior written approval. Pricing, dates, and venue are subject to change.
By attending, you grant The American Dream Event the irrevocable right to use your image, voice, and likeness in photos, video, and audio captured at the event for promotional purposes — without compensation.
We expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff to behave professionally. Harassment, disruption, or illegal activity will result in removal without refund and may be reported to authorities.
All site content — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and speaker presentations — is owned by The American Dream Event or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
The event is provided "as is." Speakers express their own opinions and do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice. To the maximum extent allowed by law, The American Dream Event is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the event.
