These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by The American Dream Event to attendees, partners, and people who ask us to text them.
When you check the text-message box at checkout, on a seat-claim form, or on any form on this site, you agree to receive event-related text messages from The American Dream Event at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase for any product or service — you can buy a ticket and receive everything by email instead by emailing us at info@americandreamevent.net.
Ticket and registration confirmations, event reminders as the date approaches, arrival and schedule details, venue or agenda changes, and occasional information about the event itself. We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not send messages on behalf of other companies.
Message frequency varies. Expect a confirmation when you register, then roughly one message per reminder milestone leading up to the event, plus a small number of messages on the event day itself.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. You'll get one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can also email info@americandreamevent.net and ask us to remove your number. Stopping texts does not cancel your ticket, and you'll still get email confirmations and reminders.
Reply HELP to any message, or email info@americandreamevent.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Messages are supported on all major US carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on every device or plan.
Your phone number is used only for the messages described above and is handled under our Privacy Policy. See also our Terms of Service.
