Mario Lopez is an American actor and television host. He has appeared on several television series, in films, and on Broadway. He is known for his portrayal of A.C. Slater on Saved by the Bell, Saved by the Bell: The College Years, and the 2020 sequel series. With only $700 to his name, he started his career in the United States as a personal trainer at LA Fitness, eventually working his way up to becoming the company’s executive vice president of sales.
After playing a pivotal role in expanding LA Fitness from 34 locations to over 800 locations across the country, in 2015, he decided it was time for a new adventure—and founded Linear Roofing & General Contractors, LLC.
